Loading/saving Project Files
« on: October 13, 2017, 06:09:44 PM »
In the latest AUM update to address compatibility with awful Apple Files app, I can now see and access all the AUM project files in Files - great. However it has unearthed a slight inconsistency within AUM Save/Load dialog.

If you create a sub-folder in the root of the AUM folder in Files and copy in some project files (templates for example) these can be accessed from within AUM and subsequently loaded. However if you save the file, AUM is unaware of the new folder structure and dumps it back in the root. It would be nice if AUM could overwrite the original file in the sub-folder.

Thanks as ever for a great App.

Thanks for the report! Indeed, it shows that it's time to support subfolders fully directly inside AUM. I'll bump it on my TODO list.

This would be great if you can do it.

It's already done! Support for folders has been there since version 1.2.3.
