Midi sync to external hardware
« on: January 28, 2018, 08:09:29 AM »
Hi,

how do I sync AUM to external hardware (in my case Digitakt)?

I have no problem playing or recording notes from synthesisers into Digitakt but I cannot use a drum machine or any app with a sequencer/arp to sync AUM to external MIDI clock...

How do I do that ?  Can you/someone give me tip on how to? Hardware doesn’t have LINK, so I can’t use that.

Thanks in advance.

Hi this is what i am trying to do. Is your Digitakt connected to iPad via a sound interface, or you connect directly with usb cable from IPad to Digitak? Can’t figure it out... thanks

AUM also have MIDI clock out, exactly for such purposes. AUM will then be the master clock. Check the Clock Options for how to enable it.
